At Jack Ryan’s, our singular goal is to set ourselves apart from the typical dining experience in East Texas. Ever since our creation, the culinary world of East Texas has taken notice and recognized our establishment as a groundbreaking, industry-shaking addition to the fine dining landscape of the region.

Owners, executive chefs, and brothers Brad and Wes Ebey are both graduates from the Culinary School at Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As classically trained chefs, they quickly recognized the need for high-class restaurant fare in the East Texas area.

Having worked in various fine dining restaurants and prestigious hotels like The Adolphus Hotel, The Four Seasons, and Cru Wine Bar for more than a decade, the brothers knew they had the expertise and fine taste necessary to introduce their home region to new possibilities of flavor, texture, and upscale atmosphere.

That’s why they created Jack Ryan’s – to ensure they could bring their deep well of culinary arts knowledge to an exciting and elegant dining and catering experience for East Texans to enjoy.
